Did you know that a branch of the Upper Sugar River runs through Donald Park, right across the road from Burning Troll? We’re proud to have our event support this important work!

REAP Food Truck with Madame Chu
We’re excited to have the REAP food truck (aka Uproot) back at Burning Troll, and this year it will be piloted by Josey Chu of Madame Chu! Josie is a Singaporean native who brings traditional Southeast Asian cooking to the Midwest, and we’re excited to taste what she creates for Burning Troll!
Sandwich Hub
Remember Jason from Jason’s Jerk last year? He has a new concept rolling this year with his Sandwich Hub that will be making the trip out to Burning Troll to serve up a range of tasty sandwiches that will satisfy your cravings!
Soho Gourmet Cuisines
SOHO Gourmet Cuisines brings flavors together from around the world. They push Midwestern boundries with some Asian flare. Come hungry! They’re going to make some awesome food!
Tisha’s Delicious Bakery
Gotta have some sweet treats, so we’re excited to have our friend and Mount Horeb resident Tisha from Tisha’s Delicious Bakery coming to Burning Troll! She makes gluten free baked goods that will surprise you with their tasty goodness :)

Coming from the East Side of Madison and serving up some delicious Babcock Ice Cream, we’ll have the Sassy Scoop at Burning Troll!
